Auberge de Bouvignes, a family "gourmet" restaurant.

The brother, Vincent (the Boss), and the Sister, Karin (the Chef), privilege the quality ingredients and look after the presentation of dishes and table. But never at the expense of sympathy !

And because tasteful dishes require much more preparation and especially much passion, many basic preparations are "housemade" whereas other are chosen and brought back directly from Sardegna or from the family sheep breeding.

After your preferred aperitif, the Chef, will prepare your preferred dishes at the minute, what guarantees the best savours. Foie gras, thighs of frogs, pike perch, trout, lamb, ravioli etc.. are the specialities of the house.

Besides French and Sardinian wines, sometimes really old, we may also propose you the Belgian and Sardinian beers. Delightful with your dishes !

And finally, why not a housemade icecream, or pancakes, special coffees, liquors ......
